On September 17, Mentor Arabia in partnership with Michel Daher Social Foundation (MDSF), organized a Career Inspiration Event in Zahle to celebrate the completion of Phase 1 of the Youth Academy Program and reinforce their shared commitment to empowering young people in Lebanon. The event brought together Youth Academy participants, students from other schools, school representatives, parents, siblings, and invited guests in an engaging space dedicated to career exploration, personal growth, and future aspirations.
Designed to bridge the gap between personal development and career readiness, the event encouraged young people to reflect on their strengths, explore diverse professional pathways, and recognize that career journeys are rarely linear. Through interactive discussions, real-life experiences, and audience-led activities, speakers Anthony Abi Zeid and Joseph Abdayem shared practical insights on entrepreneurship, resilience, navigating setbacks, making career decisions, and turning challenges into opportunities for growth and positive impact.
The event also marked an important milestone for Youth Academy participants, who received certificates of completion in recognition of their engagement and achievements throughout the program. Beyond celebrating their progress, the gathering created an opportunity for young people from different schools and their families to connect with inspiring experiences, exchange perspectives, and envision new possibilities for their futures.
