Holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Sciences from the American University of Beirut. Her experience in the development work with the UN, regional and international organizations; as well as governmental and civil society institutions emphasizes on strategic planning, policies and partnerships development, and programs/ projects management and implementation in the fields of youth and women empowerment, good governance, gender mainstreaming, and institutional and human capacity development.

Bechara Ghaoui | Head of Communication Department & Deputy CEO

Holds a BSc in biology and an MSc in Nutrition from the Lebanese University. He has more than 12 years of experience in Lebanon, in the health education field. He participated in the production of publications and books about healthy lifestyles. He actively organized exhibitions, marketing events, and advertising campaigns.

Anthony Abi Zeid | Head of Programs Department

Holds a BA in Law Studies and a Master’s in Political Science – Planning and Management. He has more than 8 years of experience in capacity building, project management, and team leading. He has been committed for more than 15 years to voluntary work in several NGOs, mainly focusing on relief and support for vulnerable individuals.

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an MBA from the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon. Nour Mardam led a seasoned career in the realm of media and advertising at multinational organizations, handling client portfolios across the MENA region. Nour managed accounts and developed award-winning strategies for corporate and consumer clients to support them in gaining maximal exposure.

Salha Nasser | Programs Associate

Holds a BA in Education Management from Modern University for Business and Sciences, with distinction. Salha has extensive experience designing and managing development projects targeting youths in Lebanon and across the MENA region. For the past 11 years, she has worked in civil society organizations and contributed to enhancing the quality of programs. She is passionate about mentoring youths and facilitating their learning through formal and non-formal education methodologies.

Holds a BA in Graphic Design – As a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Concept Artist, Animator, Video Editor, and Visual Compositor, he has been able to successfully bring life to a variety of projects for reputable regional and international NGOs, corporations, and small businesses. In addition to his design skills, Kaysar has a strong passion for digital marketing and SEO optimization.

Holds a Master’s degree in architecture from the Lebanese University and has a strong background in the humanitarian field. She completed a thesis titled “Humanitarian Organizations in Raising Awareness and Aiding Communities,” which examined the role of humanitarian organizations in promoting awareness and helping communities. Hanane has also volunteered for more than 6 years in the humanitarian field, giving her extensive knowledge and experience in creating curricula and conducting trainings.

She specializes in leadership, project management, and youth engagement, focusing on promoting health and wellbeing.
