R.E.A.D.Y. To Overcome
“R.E.A.D.Y. to Overcome” is a psychosocial support (PSS) program that uses arts and crafts as means to develop social-emotional skills with a focus on expressing emotions.
The program aims to build a Resilient, Empathic, Aware and Dynamic Young generation able to overcome stressful events such as the COVID-19 pandemic and Beirut Blast.
“Unplugged” is an evidence-based school program for the prevention of smoking, alcohol and drugs based on the Social Cognitive Theory Model. It is the fruit of cooperation between seven European countries within the EU-Dap and UNODC and has shown effective results in reducing drug use among adolescents.
“Unplugged Plus” is the modified version of the evidence-based program “Unplugged”. The program was updated and adapted both contextually and culturally to prevent risky behaviors among adolescents with a focus on violence protection.
“Youth Academy” is a program that was developed in partnership with Mentor International and Mentor Germany and implemented in 3 different countries to support youth and their parents in leading healthy lifestyles.

“Youth Peer Mentors” is a program developed by Mentor Arabia in collaboration with UNICEF Lebanon based on the “peer to peer” module to implement various personal development and career mentoring activities.
Youth Peer Educators
“Youth Peer Educators” Program for Drug Prevention (YPE) uses the peer-to-peer approach for the development of life skills and the prevention of drugs and risky behaviors.
“Career Inspiration” program provides a series of sessions hosting successful keynote speakers, role models and entrepreneurs to inspire youth to pursue their dreams, give back to their communities and lead successful careers.
“Career Experience” Program bridges the gap between education and professional life. It helps youth gain early career exposure and develop essential soft skills for a successful future.
“Together” program targets parents of vulnerable adolescents who are at risk of using drugs through providing scientific facts and practical advice to parents based on the latest research and practice.
“Capacity Development” is a comprehensive, hands-on program targeting professionals, social workers, educators and other workers in the field focusing on topics related to life skills and the prevention of risky behaviors and drugs.
“Introduction to Evidence-Based Prevention” (INEP+) is an online course that was developed by ISSUP and Charles University in Prague. It introduces key principles of Evidence-Based substance use prevention
“Mentor Connects” is a user-friendly app designed with and for Arab youth. It aims to link mentees with relevant mentors from diverse fields of expertise across the Middle East and North African region.
