Youth Peer Mentors

About the Program

Youth Peer Mentors is a program developed by Mentor Arabia in collaboration with UNICEF Lebanon based on the “peer-to-peer” approach to implement various personal development and career mentoring activities.


Objectives

  • Ease youths’ transition to work and increase their academic retention
  • Provide peer mentors with the necessary training to help them
    enhance their peers’ life skills
  • Provide youth with personal and career development mentoring
