About the Program
Mentor Arabia in collaboration with UNICEF Lebanon has developed the “Youth Peer Mentors” program, utilizing a “peer to peer” model to implement a variety of personal development and career mentoring activities.
Objectives
- To ease youth’s transition to work and increase their academic retention
- To empower peer mentors with the necessary skills to help enhance the life skills of their peers
