During the Mentor Arabia Gala Dinner 2025, held on February 18, 2025, in Doha, Qatar, the awards ceremony for the fourth edition of the Youth Social Entrepreneurs Award took place under the esteemed patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of the Education Above All (EAA) Foundation. The prestigious evening was attended by Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden, President of Mentor International, and hosted by His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of Mentor Arabia, bringing together world leaders, dignitaries, and philanthropists in support of youth empowerment towards sustainable communities.
During the ceremony, 12 outstanding young social entrepreneurs from across the Arab region were recognized for their impactful initiatives. Ten winners were awarded across six key categories: Energy & Environment, Quality Education, Health & Wellbeing, Fintech & Digitization, Art & Culture, and Media & Advocacy, reflecting a wide spectrum of innovation addressing pressing regional and global challenges.
In addition, two special awards were presented to recognize the Qatari Entrepreneur of the Year, celebrating exceptional local talent and contributions to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Qatar.
The awards highlighted inspiring projects led by young changemakers who are driving sustainable solutions, empowering communities, and reshaping the future through innovation and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. Their work spans critical sectors, from advancing environmental sustainability and improving access to quality education, to leveraging technology for social good and amplifying voices through media and culture.
