As part of the 6th edition of Mentor Arabia’s Youth Empowerment Films & Songs Competition, Mentor Arabia in partnership with Zain Jordan, hosted a panel discussion in Amman on October 6, bringing together members of the competition’s jury to explore the importance of healthy communication in empowering young people.
Moderated by media personality Razan Salameh, the discussion brought together officials, artists, media professionals, young people, and practitioners to examine how healthy communication can raise awareness, encourage healthy lifestyles, and support young people in their personal and professional journeys.
Held under the theme “Healthy Communication,” the discussion emphasized the importance of creating opportunities for young people to express themselves, build meaningful connections, and develop the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges. The conversation also highlighted the value of mentorship and guidance in helping youth discover their potential and pursue excellence.
The panel formed part of Mentor Arabia’s broader mission to empower children and young people to lead healthy lives and make informed decisions. Through such initiatives, Mentor Arabia continues to use creativity, film, and music as tools to encourage dialogue, raise awareness, and inspire positive social change.
The 6th edition of the competition was organized in partnership with the Royal Film Commission Jordan, with Zain Jordan hosting the panel discussion as part of the event’s accompanying activities.
