Mentor Arabia, in partnership with Tahaddi, is implementing the Youth Academy Program to empower young people through capacity building, personal development, and meaningful engagement opportunities that strengthen their skills, confidence, and leadership potential.
Designed to help bridge the gap between academic learning and career readiness, the program equips youth with practical knowledge, life skills, and employability competencies that support their transition into the professional world, while also fostering stronger communication, decision-making, self-development, and leadership capabilities.
Through interactive sessions held on February 20 and 25, experiential learning activities, and mentorship-driven engagement, the Youth Academy Program reflects the shared commitment of Mentor Arabia and Tahaddi to advancing youth empowerment and creating sustainable pathways for growth, inclusion, and positive social impact among young people in Lebanon.
