National Consultation on the Review of Lebanon’s National Substance Use Strategy

Mentor Arabia took part in the National Consultation Meeting on the Review of the National Substance Use Strategy for Lebanon, held on 17–18 November 2025 at the Gefinor Rotana Hotel in Beirut. The meeting was organized by the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH).

The consultation gathered national stakeholders, policymakers, and international experts to discuss Lebanon’s progress in substance use prevention, treatment, harm reduction, and legislative frameworks. It also served as a platform to review the previous national strategy and outline priorities for the upcoming phase.
