On May 5, 2025, the TUI FutureShapers Program celebrated the closing of Phase 2 of the Youth Peer Mentoring Program, honoring the achievements of over 300 young women who developed essential life skills and entrepreneurial capabilities.
The ceremony included inspiring speeches, a recap video of mentorship sessions and participant projects, and testimonials from mentees and mentors, reflecting on their growth and experiences throughout the program. Rising Entrepreneur Award winners showcased their enterprises, demonstrating how participants turned innovative ideas into meaningful action. Each mentoring group received certificates of completion, and the event concluded with a networking reception, highlighting collaboration and youth engagement.
