On September 11, 2025, as part of a mutual collaboration between Mentor Arabia and Kearney Consulting during Kearney’s Generosity Month, 10 youth from the Mentor Arabia network had the unique opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the consulting world at Kearney’s Beirut office.
The participants, coming from various universities and diverse academic fields, were matched with mentors from different sectors within Kearney, including partners, consultants, business analysts, and operations managers. This enabled them to engage with professionals across multiple areas of the firm, understand different roles, and see how teams collaborate to solve complex business challenges.
During the session, participants were introduced to the consulting process, engaged in an interactive Q&A session with mentors, and participated in a group exercise simulating real-world consulting scenarios. The experience offered practical insights into the consulting profession, enhanced their problem-solving and teamwork skills, and inspired them to explore potential career paths in the sector.
This initiative highlights the commitment of Mentor Arabia to empowering youth, broadening their professional exposure, and supporting career development through mentorship and real-world learning experiences.
