Mentor Arabia attended a national conference organized by SIDC, held on July 3, 2025, at ESA Business School in Beirut, as part of a project funded by Expertise France – L’Initiative. The event focused on addressing the impact of stigma and discrimination on people living with and affected by HIV in Lebanon.
The conference gathered key stakeholders from medical, social, and health syndicates, media, religious institutions, law enforcement, and policymaking bodies to highlight the project’s achievements in prevention, care, treatment, and documentation of violations.
The event concluded with a candlelight ceremony, in solidarity with the AIDS Candlelight Memorial 2025, honoring the lives lost to AIDS and renewing the collective commitment to inclusive and stigma-free health care.
Mentor Arabia’s participation reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting public health efforts rooted in dignity, protection, and inclusion, particularly for vulnerable communities across the Arab region.
