On May 21, 2025, Mentor Arabia the launch webinar “Managing Drug Use Disorder Treatment Services in Line with International ‘Key Quality Standards’,” organized by ISSUP and the International Consortium on Quality (ICQ). The session introduced a newly developed Management Handbook aimed at helping service leaders and managers implement evidence-based standards in drug treatment settings.
The handbook provides practical tools for auditing and improving service quality in line with international benchmarks, ultimately enhancing outcomes for both patients and communities. Presentations were delivered by international experts including Rita Notarandrea and Annette Dale-Perera, with participation from a global audience of professionals working in substance use treatment and policy.
