The launch of the second phase of the TUI FutureShapers Program in Tunisia celebrated a powerful step forward in supporting and connecting young women with big dreams and bold ideas. This phase welcomed around 300 female mentees, who were matched with 24 inspiring mentors, creating a strong support system rooted in shared experience and growth.
The event kicked off with team bonding activities to help build trust and connection between mentors and mentees from the very start. Participants also received a clear introduction to the program’s structure and goals, setting the stage for a meaningful and empowering journey ahead.
A key highlight was the sharing of success stories from Phase One, especially from former mentees who are now stepping up as mentors themselves. Their journeys are living proof of the program’s long-term impact—where empowered women become leaders, role models, and changemakers in their communities.
This new phase is more than a program—it’s a growing movement of young women lifting each other up and shaping a brighter future together.
