In November 2024, Child Care Association (CCA) hosted a Training of Facilitators (ToF) at the Dar Al Uloom University, in Riyadh. During this event, trainers from Mentor Arabia conducted a ToF on the “Effective Parenting, Together Program” for 19 participants. These trained individuals will now facilitate the sessions of the program to the parents of the youth aged between 10 and 14 years old. This initiative complements the Unplugged Plus program already being implemented in schools, creating a holistic approach to youth development by fostering stronger family engagement.
The training was a resounding success, with participants lauding the program’s rich content, interactive methodologies, and overall impact. The enthusiastic feedback underscores the readiness of the facilitators and the positive momentum for the upcoming phase of the program.
