On May 22, 2024, Mentor Arabia participated in the International Narcotic Control Board (INCB) along with seven other NGOs to speak about “Scenarios and Possible Responses to the Rapid Expansion of Synthetic Drug Manufacture, Trafficking, Marketing and Consumption” in the INCB Civil Society Virtual Hearing. Mentor Arabia’s presentation focused on the significant impact of online platforms on the rise of synthetic drugs, as well as the positive prevention approach that is followed by Mentor Arabia which focuses on empowerment.
