Representing the Crown Prince His Highness Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II, Interior Minister Ghaleb Al-Zoubi sponsored the closing ceremony of the “Mentor Arabia Short Awareness Films for Youth” competition, which was launched in partnership with the Royal Society for Health Awareness, with the aim of raising awareness for youth against risky behaviors in general and the role of Art in shedding light on imminent issues in our society.

The closing ceremony, which was attended by His Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mentor Arabia, and a group of prominent artists in Jordan and the Arab world, including the Egyptian artist Nelly Karim, the Syrian artist Qais Sheikh Najeeb, the novelist and screenwriter Essam Youssef, and the media figure Elham Wagdi, and the Egyptian artist Abu.

The ceremony was supported by Orange, Huawei, Consolidated Contractors Company, Union Bank, and media partners, Roya TV and Radio Hala. In view of the effectiveness of social media and its important role in spreading positive behaviors among young people, the competition hashtag #encourage_your_youth was used in all posts that were published on social media during the ceremony.
