To enhance the “life skills” of adolescents aged 12 to 14 years old in schools and provide them with the basic knowledge about alcohol, drugs and tobacco towards drug prevention.
Outcomes of the Project
The life-skills of students aged 12-14 years old built in terms of problem solving, critical thinking, effective decision making, communications and goal setting.
A group of teachers trained on Unplugged program to be able to implement it in schools through effective principles and methodologies.
A number of schools adopted the Unplugged program and merged it into their curricula.
A national team of trainers, coordinators, evaluators and program developers trained and equipeed to lead the Unplugged program at a national level.
